Andrew J Bone has been in the construction industry for 38 years. After leaving Guildford Technical college he joined Croudace Construction as a trainee surveyor. From here followed a couple of years in North Wales working for a small building and decorating company as an estimator / surveyor/ contracts manager.
On deciding to return south he joined Kyle Stewart and worked on various projects for them as a site based surveyor before moving further south to join James Longley in Crawley. Here he was responsible for surveying on contracts at Gatwick Airport and Crawley Town Hall.
In 1989 he finally moved house to Seaford and joined Philcox Bros ltd as the small works manager where he stayed until taking on his own company.
